With every election, both provincial and federal, we end up having the same discussion about strategic voting. I have already seen a host of accounts saying that discussing strategic voting is a bully tactic from fear mongerers. Concerningly I’ve also seen those saying vote splitting isn’t real.

So I thought this would be a good time to talk about what vote splitting is and some real data about the 2024 BC election.
